After Stukent’s acquisition of BusinessU, two platforms — Mimic App and CTE — were running independently with overlapping features. The next step was to bring them together into a single, unified experience. With CTE positioned as the long-term foundation, the organization initiated a phased migration strategy to consolidate both ecosystems. I led the UX and migration strategy across three user surfaces — student, instructor, and admin — mapping feature parity, aligning workflows, and restructuring mental models across platforms. This was not a simple feature transfer. It required balancing system stability, user continuity, and long-term scalability throughout a gradual transition that ultimately led to full platform absorption. The result was a unified experience built on CTE’s stronger foundation — designed to scale sustainably without disrupting existing users.
